Your Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, cooking, and baking of desserts, pastries, and bakery items for service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an upscale kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the kitchen when needed.
• A strong foundation in vegan or plant-based pastry arts, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience with classical techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and make the most of less busy times.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, scheduling, and managing production logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of all stages of the filmmaking process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Experience with various production software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
