Proven experience in assessing educational needs and developing strategic recommendations for K-12 or higher education institutions is essential. Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning theories, and current trends in education is necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are a must. Experience with data analysis and reporting related to educational outcomes is highly desirable. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely is crucial for this role.
