Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a significant portion dedicated to curriculum development or instructional design.
• Deep understanding of child development theories (e.g., Piaget, Vygotsky) and constructivist learning principles.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences for young children.
• Familiarity with state and national early learning standards (e.g., NAEYC).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in developing educational materials and utilizing educational technology.
• Experience in providing professional development and coaching to educators is a plus.
