The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a System Administrator in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
Responsibilities:
The Intel System Administrator will provide technical support for the software, hardware, wired or wireless network infrastructure, and system security for JWICS, OPS, HDEV, NSAnet, SDEV, UDEV, FireMILE, RLE, UTS and UTS-S on 17 TRG networks as well as software and systems (i.e., AFSERS) residing as guest systems, or otherwise connected to other networks (i.e., SIPRnet, NIPRnet) used in support of 17 TRG training operations.
Additionally, unclassified support for 9 buildings across base is also required. Support is for 4K students and 800 staff members annually.
Duties include:

Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.

Performs system backups and recovery.

Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.

Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location?
