Annual Base Salary: $72,678* (board eligible); 278,063* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at 412,046** (board eligible) and 417,969 ** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is 72,100.

• Projected bonus of up to 40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

The Opportunity

• Oversee quality and safety initiatives.

Required Experiences and Competencies
