Overview

The Performance Management Associate is responsible for implementing the administration, organization, and coordination of the Bank's performance management programs to ensure employees understand performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results. Assist the supervisor with the administration and coordination of the Bank's incentive programs, internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

Performance Management
  • Implement various activities and initiatives related to performance management full cycle process, including but not limit to target setting and planning, coaching and communication, evaluation and feedback, reward and improvement etc.
  • Responsible for the Bank's Teamwork and Service PE system management including preparation, implementation, and statistic results analysis.
  • Update and disseminate performance management and related policies and procedures.
  • Assist the supervisor with tasks to meet regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Retain performance management related records and respond to internal and external audits.
  • Prepare the materials of the training sessions on performance management and follow up the process and reports.
  • Conduct other routine work such as department/branch liaison, team collaboration, employee communication, work flow execution etc.
  • Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
Incentives
  • Execute the Bank's incentive programs, such as bonus, salary adjustment, promotion etc.
  • Prepare annual bonus pool calculation, bonus allocation reports, and bonus communication materials to facilitate the bonus process.
  • Support and coordinate promotion and compensation related programs.
  • Update and review incentives related procedures.
  • Address employees' incentives related inquiries.
Personnel Expenses Management
  • Participate in personnel expense programs and implement day-to-day assignments such as annual and periodical personnel expense projections, expenses allocation, expenses accrual and release and year-end closures, etc.
  • Analyze personnel expenses related data and make expense proposals to support managements' decision.
  • Keep personnel expenses related record and track the Bank's and the department/branch's expenses status to ensure the expenses are within the budgets.
Ad-hoc project
  • Facilitate and coordinate the Bank's events based on requirements.
  • Conduct various reports including annual report, meeting minutes, proposal, etc.
  • Facilitate the communication between Head Office and local branches.
  • Participate and conduct ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of HR related experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Relationship management skills, Advanced level Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Knowledge in performance management, incentives, promotion, and HR legal regulatory requirements and related updates required
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Human Resources Assistant to answer the UAA Operator phone line during business hours; serve as the Human Resources receptionist; handle camp employment, organize employee events, and support the HR department staff as needed.

One critical component of this position is working with each camp director to manage the collection and tracking of important documentation, such as Level II background screenings, affidavits, youth protection training records, I-9 documents and other onboarding materials. This position ensures that camp hires are processed accurately and are eligible to work assigned camp sessions. Maintains HR camp policies and processes for accuracy, represents the HR department in camp meetings, and advises camp directors as appropriate. Also responsible for timely termination of camp staff according to policies.

The incumbent must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); customer service oriented, detail oriented and work with a high-level accuracy; work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently; successfully engage with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds including high energy, intense personalities.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,500 - $105,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Responsabilidades principales

* Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de performance marketing multicanal (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, entre otros).
* Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo del equipo de marketing digital, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y objetivos del cliente.
* Analizar datos y métricas de campañas para identificar oportunidades de optimización y crecimiento.
* Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de Martech para integrar herramientas, automatizaciones y procesos que maximicen la eficiencia de las campañas.
* Presentar reportes e insights estratégicos al cliente y a stakeholders internos.
* Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias y mejores prácticas de marketing digital y martech.

Requisitos

* Experiencia mínima de 4 años en cargos similares (Performance Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, Paid Media Manager o afines).
* Nivel de inglés avanzado (Preferible)
* Dominio de plataformas de pauta digital como Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, etc.
* Conocimiento sólido de analítica digital (Google Analytics, Looker Studio u otras).
* Experiencia en integración y uso de herramientas Martech (CRM, CDP, plataformas de automatización, etc.).
* Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de proyectos y comunicación efectiva.

What this job involves -

The Performance Director develops, implements, and oversees the performance management strategy for the account, ensuring operational performance is optimized and critical performance indicators are improved. You will act as the owner of the centralized Center of Excellence (COE), driving consistency and standardization across CRE divisions (IFM, Engineering, Project & Development Services, and Transactions Management), while integrating risk, compliance, and commercial management functions into a cohesive performance framework.

Desired experience and technical skills -

Required:
