**Primary Purpose**
Oversee compliance requirements for work streams and initiatives regarding the planning, coordination, and implementation of major company strategic initiative (e.g., compliance with new law/regulation). Seek opportunities for the company and its customers. The position may involve managing outside consultants for subject matter expertise and support. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
**Primary Duties**

+ Advise and participate in development and execution of ComEd regulatory strategies; participate in development and execution of ComEd strategies relating to transmission, renewables, distributed generation, and competitive markets. (30%)
+ Communicate and translate corporate policy positions, key initiatives and implications of regulatory, legislative and public policy to corporate and business unit management. Advise regarding "interface" between FERC/PJM and ICC relating to transmission and market policies. (10%)

**Minimum Qualifications**
