- Regularly attend customer meetings and provide technical support for telemetry solutions.
- Integrate Cattron products to provide insightful and detailed design solutions.

- Skilled in the application, use and implementation of remote monitoring systems in the Municipal, O&G, Industrial and Rental markets.
- Experience with cellular, SCADA and PLC based controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to create and tailor training material to the technical level of the audience.
- Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required to take VOC to product development and on to production.
- Superior time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

As a key member of our Network and System Experts team, you will design, implement, and maintain a cloud-based network security solution that ensures secure access and data protection for our users and applications. This role demands a deep understanding of network security principles and hands-on experience with SSE technologies such as SWG, ZTNA, and CASB.
This position will spearhead the designing, implementing, and maintaining of a robust cloud-based network security solution, incorporating industry best practices and aligning with Verizon's security standards.
- Implementing and managing Zero Trust Network Access policies within the SSE environment to ensure granular access control and minimize attack surfaces.
- Deploying and maintaining critical security protocols, including IPSEC, AH, ESP, and IKE, to safeguard network traffic and data confidentiality.
- Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues related to SSE deployments and operations, minimizing service disruptions and ensuring optimal performance.

Youll need to have:
- Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience in IT, with a strong focus on network engineering and security.
- Experience in network engineering (LAN/WAN), with a deep understanding of routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF) and LAN technologies.
- Experience with debugging HTTP proxy issues
- In-depth experience in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Software Defined Networking (SDN) such as SD-WAN and SASE/SSE architectures and respective components including CASB, DLP, SWG, FwaaS, VPNaaS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong Layer 2 / Layer 3 network architectural design and engineering experience including strong hands-on experience in configuring BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, VLANs, NAT, ACLs
- Proficiency in Python, XML, or YANG scripting languages for automation and configuration management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues within a large enterprise environment.
