Oversee the resolution of warranty-related issues, working with internal teams and external customers to provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to low and medium-voltage power distribution systems, including troubleshooting control circuits and electrical components. Assist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment in data center projects, ensuring proper system integration and performance. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to punch lists, warranties, and technical issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers and contractors through professional and timely support. Provide valuable feedback to project and quality program managers based on field experience, contributing to process and product improvements. Participate in internal reviews to share lessons learned and drive long-term reliability. Primarily support sites in either the Columbus, OH, Atlanta, GA, or Northern Virginia area with travel across the United States as needed (80%). Be available for emergency assignment and rapid response situations. Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all warranty claims, technical issues, and punch list resolutions. Insight Global is looking for a Distribution Design Engineer for one of our large engineering consulting firms. This engineer will aide in the upgrades of a major energy providers distribution grids.
- Develop design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems operating from 4kV through 138kV mostly associated with programmatic work such as overloaded transformers, inspection and maintenance, joint use, and inspection reports.
- Comply with the company and Client Safety requirements as well as design and quality expectations.
- Perform engineering calculations such as: structural analysis for wood pole loading, guying calculations, specifying conductor sags and tensions for recommended spans, and calculation of voltage drop and flicker.

Join our innovative agricultural technology team as a Junior Data Engineer, where you'll begin your journey in our DataOps environment. Working alongside experienced data engineers, data scientists, and analytics experts, you'll learn to tackle data integration challenges and contribute to the future of agricultural technology. This entry-level position offers excellent mentorship opportunities and hands-on experience with modern data technologies while making a meaningful impact on global food security and sustainability.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, learning to implement ETL/ELT processes under guidance from senior team members.
• Support the team in data quality monitoring and basic troubleshooting of data integration processes.
• Help maintain documentation for data workflows and contribute to improving data processes.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and test basic data transformations and aggregations.
• Learn and apply best practices in data security and governance while working with agricultural datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience (internships included).
• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Fundamental understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Basic understanding of ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who wants to help teams scale through production best practices, developer guidance, real-time metrics, reference apps and automation. You are a quick learner and problem-solving engineer that enjoys tackling challenging business problems with software. As part of the SRE team, you will help define the standards for reliability, availability, performance, scalability, security, resiliency, and efficiency of a service. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Cloud(AWS) deployment and best practices.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 2-3 years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• Hands on experience in software development with a good understanding of test-driven development
• Experience in software development and a deep understanding of the software life cycle stages
• Proven expertise and passion for delivering complex technology solutions and achieving results
• Financial services experience preferred
• Application development on Public Cloud AWS Managed Services, ECS, EC2, EKS, Serverless Framework/Lambda, API Gateway, Step Function, S3, ALB, Route53
• Prior experience with Java, JS, Python, NodeJS, Spring
• REST API development leveraging Java, SpringBoot, NodeJS

• Demonstrated ability to utilize modern monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Terraform/Concourse/Jenkins
