Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead civil site design from concept to completion, including grading, stormwater, and infrastructure
  • Manage client relationships and identify new project opportunities
  • Direct and mentor junior civil designers and interns
  • Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure project profitability
  • Oversee permitting, SWPPP preparation, and local/state compliance
  • Represent the firm with clients, agencies, and community stakeholders
  • Guide team productivity and support business development
