Basic Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a multi-element Navy weapon system shipboard operation, testing and sea trials.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in leading Aegis Weapons System specific test efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in the Supply Chain industry
• Project Management Certification (PMP0 may be preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience in leading complex engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience in developing green and brown field facility projects
• 5-8 years of experience in optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations
• Extensive knowledge of cutting-edge supply chain automation
• Extensive knowledge and use of AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear
• Experience in facility and process redesign and implementation

• Strong technical understanding of relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil)
• Proven project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technical challenges and overcome obstacles
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to collaborate and contribute by one-self or in a team environment
