POSITION SUMMARY

ROWE is currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Construction Services team. Project Managers work on a diverse range of projects, providing creative leadership to a wide range of staff with varied experience. This position will play a big role in growing our Construction Services Division team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop proposals, reports, and project plans.
  • Monitor the safety of staff on projects.
  • Manage and inspect multiple projects at various locations in the state.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to make sure project specifications and plans are met.
  • Represent clients at public and project meetings.
  • Develop and manage work scopes, budgets, schedules and staff assignments.
  • Directing engineering tasks, providing quality control of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Apply specialized technical expertise on a broad range of construction projects relating to roadway construction, water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer primarily for the MDOT and municipal clients.
  • Interact with other disciplines (design and survey).
  • Provide direction, supervision, technical guidance and support to junior staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications include:
  • A solid understanding and familiarity of MDOT construction requirements, local standards, agency permitting requirements, and MDOT Local Agency Program requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Michigan Professional Engineer License.
  • Experience with road construction, bridge construction, storm sewer construction, sanitary sewer construction and water main construction.
  • Experience with a wide range of construction projects for both municipal clients and MDOT.
  • Understanding SESC reporting requirements.
  • Experience with AASHTO ware, project wise and other construction management software.
  • Ability to manage a project schedule, budget and project team.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities, and ability to work independently or on a team.
  • Able to communicate effectively to the team, client and contractors.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
  • Must be able to train less experienced staff and be a team player.

Rose Medical is expanding our capabilities and bringing extrusion in-house for the first time. We're looking for an extrusion professional who is not only experienced, but passionate about being on the production floor, hands-on with equipment, and directly driving process development .

This is not a desk job.   • Integrate extrusion into Rose's existing operations and quality systems in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Production) to ensure smooth scale-up.
  • Build the foundation for future team growth, while initially serving as the primary extrusion engineer and technical owner .
  • Drive continuous improvement in yield, scrap reduction, and process efficiency.
  • Provide manufacturability input during new product development and design transfer activities.

What We're Looking For
  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and/or
    • 5+ years of hands-on extrusion experience (medical device extrusion highly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in process development, equipment set-up, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Demonstrated success working directly with extrusion machinery on the production floor.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to independently own and execute extrusion projects from concept through production.

Position Description

  • The Maintenance Technician will have the ability to install, analyze, maintain, and repair all types of mechanical and electrical production equipment.

  • They are responsible for the maintenance and repair of machinery and auxiliary equipment, as well as building special items to support multiple production lines.

  • They will engage in the repair of tools, machinery, equipment, and repair and maintain machines.

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain and repair equipment and tools as needed and per the PM schedule.

  • Perform duties of both master electrician and master machine repairman classifications.

  • Analyze information from work orders, verbal information, daily observations, manufacturer's manuals, schematics, prints and other sources to maintain equipment to diagnose and correct malfunctions.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Journeyman Electrician or Journeyman Machine Repair License (or 6+ years of experience in the Electrical/Machining trade).

  • 5 years' experience in Electrical/Machining maintenance environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • High School Diploma required or GED equivalent required.

  • Degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent preferred.

• Conducts site inspections to validate and record infrastructure damage to include: taking photographs, making site sketches, and writing detailed damage descriptions. Develops and reviews scopes of work and cost estimates, including code and standard requirements.

• Reviews and analyzes engineering reports, designs, and as-built plans.

• Makes recommendations regarding claim eligibility. Develops or evaluates hazard mitigation proposals and benefit-cost analyses.
