**What You Will Do:**
As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Electrical & Software Engineers supporting a wide variety of engineering work in support of current production medical devices including design changes, process/quality improvements and compliance issues. You will be accountable for R&D deliverables for your team including but not limited to supporting and conducting root cause analysis, verification and validation testing, manufacturing transfer activities & component obsolescence management for existing products.

+ Through the design process, you may review design circuits including but not limited to Schematic Capture, Layout and Failure Mode Analysis for PCBA's, Cables and other electromechanical components.
