**What You'll Do:**
+ Conduct system performance analysis and provide solutions to support planning, operations, engineering, regulatory and financial needs of the company.
+ Perform electrical engineering studies related to power system stability, reliability, and compliance.
+ Perform transient and voltage stability studies, insulation coordination studies, electromagnetic field studies, and studies of geomagnetically induced currents and geomagnetic disturbance.
+ Perform power-flow analyses in support of system stability, system restoration, and geomagnetic disturbance analyses.
+ Develop and maintain power system and geomagnetic disturbance models, and calculate electromagnetic interference for overhead and underground transmission lines.
**What We Are Looking For:**
Requirements:
Master's degree in an ABET* accredited electrical engineering program focused in power systems and 1 year of work experience or graduate level coursework/research to demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the following:
+ Power flow modeling and analysis

+ Power system stability and reliability studies and analysis

Position Summary
The Director of Project Management is responsible for leading and strengthening the discipline of project management (PM) across the Buildings Services Branch. This role provides oversight, guidance, and support to project managers to ensure the successful delivery of architecture and engineering projects that align with Bodws mission, values, and client commitments.
This position is focused on elevating project management practice across teams, driving consistency in scope, schedule, and budget management, while supporting team performance, client satisfaction, and long-term impact. The Director works closely with studio and discipline leaders to match project managers to assignments, support workload balancing, and develop individual capabilities. This role plays a central part in aligning operations with business goals and works to ensure that project delivery is both disciplined and adaptable.
In addition to discipline leadership responsibilities, the Director of Project Management also serves as a Senior Project Manager on select projects.
