The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 work assignments will impact both Medicare and Medicaid and are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Business Intelligence Engineer II describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. **Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
+ Minimum 2 years of professional experience with SQL and Access
+ Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
+ Experience auditing large data sets (millions of rows of data) and mining for errors
+ Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
**Work-At-Home Requirements**
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

+ Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for transformation and modeling.
+ Expertise with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, S3, and Step Functions.
+ Experience building ELT pipelines and event-driven data architectures.
+ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing frameworks.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
