**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Executive Director position is $230,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Executive Director position is $250,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. Position Description

The Clayton County JA Discovery Center – is a 33,000 sq. ft. facility that serves 25,000+ local middle school students annually with authentic, relevant, and experiential financial capability programs that combine in-class curriculum with a capstone simulation. In addition, the JA Discovery Center – serves as a hub of frequent business and community events in connection with the 200+ corporate partners that support JA throughout the state.
The Manager of Site Operations is responsible for leading daily operations and logistics for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park onsite student and volunteer experience at the JA Discovery Center – Atlanta to deepen the JA experience and strengthen the JA brand. The JA Discovery Center – Atlanta is a 55,000 sq. ft. facility that serves 30,000+ local middle school students annually with authentic, relevant, and experiential financial capability programs that combine in-class curriculum with a capstone simulation. In addition, the JA Discovery Center – Atlanta serves as a hub of frequent business and community events in connection with the 200+ corporate partners that support JA throughout the state.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and execute a best-in-class learning experience during student JA BizTown and JA Finance Park visits, aligning simulations with curriculum learning objectives and creating authentic application opportunities.
Manage onsite engagement of up to 150 students per day by coordinating daily simulation schedule (approximately 4 hours) and other logistics to ensure completion of simulation and understanding of key financial principles/relationships.
Facilitate onsite volunteer training (60-90 minutes) and provide support throughout the simulation to 20-40 volunteers to help them coach students by applying their personal experiences within the context of the simulations.

Program Quality

Coordinate daily logistics for program experiences with JA team members and participating schools to ensure that students have a best-in-class learning experience (i.e. opening/closing, parking, arrival/departure, technology, etc.).
Facilitate volunteer training and JA BizTown/JA Finance Park simulations when the primary team member is unavailable.
Advance special projects for simulations under the direction of Director of Operations and JA BizTown/JA Finance Park simulations leads.

Program Sustainability

Ensure the facility is in a constant state of operational readiness through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. This includes, but is not limited to opening/closing facility, coffee, morning calls, lunch calls, etc.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot common issues with simulation software, storefront technology, and additional facility (theatre, classroom, boardroom, printer, etc.) resources/technology.
