The scope of this team stretches internationally and includes residential security; event and venue security, secure transportation, protective intelligence; travel security, site advance security planning, coordination, and training.
We're looking for an Executive Protection Specialist to join our team!
What you'll do:
+ Lead all elements in support of the security detail for client family members, primarily focused on the school security program, and extracurricular activities, as applicable
+ Secondary duties will include partnering with other Protective Services team members to support residential security operations, client executive protection detail assignments, events and interfacing with high profile visitors
+ Understand the risks to the organization and Snap Inc. team, including personal travel risks for families within domestic and foreign locations; selecting and implementing appropriate controls and risk mitigations
+ Participate in advance survey, threat assessments and event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and other security matters are adequately addressed through a written plan accepted by stakeholders
+ Recommend and implement security measures to enhance security for your areas of focus, our facilities, operations, and people
+ Travel, both internationally and domestically, up to 50% of the time with the client, client family or event planners and may be called upon 24 hours a day to support the operations
+ Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required to support day to day operations
Minimum qualifications:
+ 10+ years of law enforcement experience
+ Demonstrated strong experience with: family security programs, executive protection, intelligence analysis and risk assessments; executive communications
+ Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation, to include working a rotating schedule to support operations
+ A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
+ Valid BSIS Guard Card
+ Valid BSIS Firearms Permit
+ Valid California Concealed Weapon Permit or LEOSA (HR 218) Credentials
Preferred qualifications:

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) ( :
The base salary range for this position is $157,000-$35,000 annually.
Zone B ( :
The base salary range for this position is 149,000- 223,000 annually.
Zone C ( :
The base salary range for this position is 133,000- 200,000 annually.

Duties & Qualifications:
The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with conducting close protection for a client located in San Francisco, CA. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. Executive Protection Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. We are looking for protection professionals with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Protective Agents are often directed to work overtime (OT), nights, holidays and weekends and often travel domestically and overseas. Applicants should be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services is hiring for an Armed Executive Protection Agent. The EP Agent will work 12-hour shifts, 8am to 8pm, 4 days on and 4 days off. Will work 40 to 60 hours per week, depending on travel schedule.
**Duties & Qualifications:**
The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with conducting close protection for a client located in San Francisco, CA. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. Executive Protection Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. **We are looking for protection professionals with a high level of emotional intelligence.**
Protective Agents are often directed to work overtime (OT), nights, holidays and weekends and often travel domestically and overseas. Applicants should be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. Protective Agents must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representational skills. Candidates must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and organizational skills and the ability to write in a clear and precise manner are also required.
