Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.)
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active and unrestricted California Medical License or ability to obtain prior to start

Licensure & Certification:

  • Active, unrestricted MD/DO license in California.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (Board Certification in Geriatrics is preferred).
  • State CDS Certification and DEA Registration.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Language Proficiency: English required, Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License: Proof of a valid California drivers license, personal transportation, a clean driving record, and auto insurance as required by State law.

$220,600 - $262,000 a year

Position :

Geriatrician / Mobile Doctor, Regional Medical Director

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments for elderly patients in diverse settings (home care, assisted living, nursing homes)
  • Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans to address the complex medical needs of seniors
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed
  • Provide leadership and clinical direction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP, PAs)

Qualifications :

  • MD or DO with a minimum of 2 years of medical practice experience
