ABOUT THE FAITH CHURCH FILM & TV DEPARTMENT
The Faith Church Film & Television Department is responsible for producing and distributing video content across all the church's creative outlets. - Understand basic concepts including, but not limited to, electrical safety, video switchers, cabling, circuits, audio, lighting, and video equipment.
- Attend rehearsals and meetings, as required. Schedule early meetings with set designers and/or other departments for collaboration and planning of services and events.
- Understand and advocate for the Live Production team, including cross-training within the department and communicating the "why" behind the production team in the local church.
- Responsible for hosting, setting up, and performing video shoots on-site and off-site in coordination with the Film & TV Department.

Work Environment

Physical Demands
Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during video shoots, services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience working in media, agency or in-house creative team managing complex video and audio production workflows.
- Highly organized, creative, collaborative leader with strong editorial judgment and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video and audio workflow tools, including project management, pre-production, production, and post-production, including professional video equipment and post production software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, etc.)
- Strong relationship management skills with experience managing high-profile/senior stakeholders.
- Strong time, organizational, and project management skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Familiarity with Mac systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally.

**The Senior Manager of Video Production** will serve as the strategic and operational leader of TRANZACT's video production pipeline, supporting branded and unbranded creative across CTV, DRTV, and other emerging creative or video formats. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day production, overseeing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all outputs meet quality, compliance, and business expectations before reaching the Senior Director for final strategic oversight.
This position will act as the bridge between execution and strategic vision, ensuring the department operates efficiently at scale while also helping to advance creative innovation and best practices. The Senior Manager will also own forward-facing business operations including accounting, invoicing approvals, ensuring deliverables stay on track and aligned with business expectations.
This is a highly autonomous leadership position that requires proactive decision-making, cross-functional influence, and operational excellence.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ **Own and manage full production pipelines** across DRTV, CTV, and emerging video platforms: Confirming alignment, quality, and timeliness across hundreds of assets annually, in collaboration with Senior and Marketing Coordinator positions.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 USD per year.
