Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritize and coordinate delivery of strategic initiative prioritizations across Finance, including objectives related to data, advanced analytics, automation and artificial intelligence as part of Finance IT and finance optimization roadmaps. Lead annual Finance invest budget development and submission, which includes coordination with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets. Qualifications:
10+ years of finance and accounting experience; insurance industry experience preferred; experienced project manager with experience leading Finance projects strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience driving high-performing project teams to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Partner with IT Finance leadership over projects involving Finance systems.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. **Responsiblities**
The Finance team is looking for an experienced financial leader to leverage their business acumen in support of the critical national security mission at the NNSS. The Finance Program Manager role will be a key contributor to the CFO organization and a mission portfolio during an exciting time of growth in national security programs.   2. Minimum of 2 years of quantitative and/or financial analysis experience required.
  3. Prior experience with P&Ls and financial modeling is required.
  4. Self-driven with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a deadlines-oriented environment.
  5. Track record of supporting monthly financial processes, and delivering timely and accurate results.
  6. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including:
  7. Ability to combine and characterize data from multiple sources.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to properly organize and structure model to efficiently answer the relevant business question.
  9. Experience using a range of Excel functions (statistical functions, logical functions, pivot, lookup/reference functions, text functions, etc.).
  10. Strong oral/written communication skills.
  11. Must have attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and review.
  12. Proficiency with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
  13. Proven ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization and departments.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Support senior financial planners by preparing, maintaining and evaluating comprehensive financial plans
+ Involved in all aspects of the financial planning business and processes from client meetings to business reporting
+ Work jointly with Private Bankers and Investment Counselors to take clients and prospective clients through the financial planning process (introduction, data gathering, plan creation, plan delivery, and implementation)
+ Ad hoc reporting and analyses

Job Description
As an FP&A Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial activities within the organization. The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
