The Finance Manager will be instrumental in shaping our immediate financial success while also steering the long-term strategic vision of the Omaha print organization. **What you will do:**
+ Partner with BU finance leadership to develop and drive in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities; regularly communicating findings to senior leaders in concise and meaningful reporting
+ Manage Omaha print P&L, lead the budget, forecast and financial reporting for both expense and revenue
+ Deliver weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations utilizing financial systems and advance excel functions
+ Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions
+ Facilitate and support the creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans for the division, managing the facilities' P&L alignment and hierarchies
+ Perform ad hoc analyses, and assisting business partners across the organization with complex tasks, and projects
+ Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to focus on details, and transform information into actionable initiatives to deliver results
+ Drive enhancements to profitability reporting with a focus on product and site-level profitability
**What you will need to have:**
+ 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.

Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will be a partner with the finance team to the Council Bluffs Plant and Supply Chain Finance. You will perform complex and interpretive financial analysis for assigned areas and present recommendations to management. + You will partner with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to identify cost savings projects across the plant. Provide financial analysis for new projects, capital requests and new retail products.

+ Contribute to month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues promptly, review of variances, reporting and journal entry coordination.
+ Active involvement and participation in plant CPS and engagement activities.
+ You will help ensure compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley, internal controls and external audit requests in the facility including reviewing inventory controls and safeguarding of company assets

The CFO Rotational Program is an immersive rotational experience that provides an opportunity to learn various areas of Conagra's Finance and/or Global Business & Information Services organization. Throughout the program you will complete three, one-year rotations in different areas of the CFO organization designed to provide a variety of experience in both technical and business processes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

- Proficiency in various MS Office, financial, and web-based applications and tools.

Pitney Bowes Presort is the largest workshare partner of the USPS and a national outsourcing provider of mail sortation services. We help clients qualify large volumes of First-Class Mail, Marketing Mail, and Marketing Mail Flats/Bound Printed Matter for postal workshare discounts. Using our proprietary technology, we offer end-to-end solutions, including mail pickup, sortation, expedited delivery, and optimal postage savings.
The **Presort** business operates a **nationwide network of 30+ operating centers** , serving **thousands of clients** and processing **over 15 billion pieces of mail annually** .
**About the Role:**
The **Head of Finance - Presort** is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the Presort business unit. This role provides financial oversight, drives performance management, and supports strategic decision-making for a complex, high-volume operation.
Reporting to the **VP of Global FP&A** , the Head of Finance is also **core member of the Business Unit's leadership team** and plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of a business that operates at scale, processing billions of mail pieces each year.
**You Will:**
+ Lead the **FP&A function** for the Presort business unit, ensuring accurate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
+ Develop and track **key performance indicators (KPIs)** to drive business decisions and improve financial performance, including revenue trends, cost per mail piece, operational efficiency, and profitability metrics.
+ Drive **forecast accuracy** , ensuring financial projections are reliable and aligned with operational realities. Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
+ Oversee **five direct reports** , including:
+ **Three Regional Finance Managers** (supporting 30+ operating centers)
+ **Strategic Billing & Revenue Finance Leader**
+ **Finance Manager - Shared Functions & Transportation**
+ Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning for **business unit-specific M&A activities** .
+ Provide financial leadership in evaluating acquisition opportunities, synergy realization, and post-merger integration.
