POSITION We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Applications Lead to help support and optimize our financial systems to maximize the value of our Oracle investment. This role will focus on building and implementing a strategic roadmap for our financial applications, including Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and EPBCS, as well as integrating PeopleSoft Financials. It will also involve the implementation of new tools as needed by the Finance team. The lead will work closely with our Finance and engineering and technology teams to ensure our systems align with the organization's objectives. Location(s): Charlotte, NC RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of a roadmap for Oracle financial systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals. Evaluate current Oracle Financial Applications (EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and EPBCS) and provide expert recommendations to optimize performance. Leverage PeopleSoft Financials experience to guide integration and transition efforts as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance and better utilize Oracle Financial Applications, driving improvements in efficiency and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and executive leadership to align technology solutions with business needs. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Oracle systems, ensuring optimal configuration and performance. Assist with training and knowledge transfer to internal teams, ensuring effective use of the Oracle suite of financial applications. Report directly to the Head of Corporate Enterprise Systems, providing updates and insights on system improvements and project status. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in a corporate finance environment or within an IT department supporting financial systems. Proven experience with Oracle Financial Applications, including EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, EPBCS and PCMCS. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is required. Strong understanding of financial processes and how to leverage technology to improve them. Demonstrated experience building roadmaps and strategic plans for financial systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify optimization opportunities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of financial reporting and analytics tools. Overview of Job Function:
The Senior Manager, Financials Applications, will play a pivotal role within the IT Corporate Systems organization, providing strategic leadership across key Finance IT systems. This role requires providing thought leadership on new projects and programs, defining architecture, and ensuring the execution and delivery of projects while maintaining ongoing support for all Financial and related systems. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading a global team and owning, supporting, managing, enhancing, and leading ERP modules globally, including EBS Finance (FA, CM, AP, AR and GL, treasury, and Tax) and Operations, QTC modules (Quoting, Configurator, Order Management, Install base, Pricing and Service contracts), EPBCS, BI reporting like OAC, ORBIT, Cubes.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a global team (employees and contractors) responsible for the implementation, support, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EBS (R12.2.x) across Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Provide strategic and hands-on functional leadership across modules including AP, AR, FA, GL, SLA, OM, EBTAX, AGIS, CM, Configurator, and Service Contracts, Install base, Pricing throughout the SDLC.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless application operations, Build business case & prioritize enhancements aligned with the long-term roadmap, and drive critical improvements.

Develop and execute short- and long-term technical architecture roadmaps, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Partner with SMEs, analysts, engineers, and architects to conduct strategic analysis and present solution options that meet business needs.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with PMO standards, change management, and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

Oracle Applications Expertise: 10-12+ years of comprehensive experience in the implementation, configuration, upgrade, integration, localization and enhancement of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain applications (EBS R12) at a Global level.

Project Leadership: 6+ years of proven leadership managing end-to-end Oracle Application projects across the full SDLC-from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper care support.

People Management: 6+ years of progressive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, including administrative responsibilities.

Functional Proficiency: Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, OM, Inventory, Service Contracts, EBTAX, AGIS, SLA and HCM modules including Core HR, SS, Workflow, Compensation, along with tools such as Orbit and Power BI.
