Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems; supervise company financial staff. Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data. Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements. Work with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance and analysis of HR metrics, such as employee turnover and efficiency. Job Summary and QualificationsThe?Chief Financial Officer?directs the financial and other departmental activities in accordance with defined hospital policies and objectives.
