El operador de producción realiza actividades de ensamble, moldeado, recorte, pegado, inspección y empaque de productos según el área asignada.

Responsabilidades:

  • Mantener toda la documentación del proceso de manera oportuna y precisa, y realizar todas las tareas de verificación previas al inicio de turno, como pesar el pegamento, conteos y otras auditorías y verificaciones del sistema relacionadas con la producción.

  • Leer y seguir la hoja de trabajo estandarizado y las instrucciones para producción, recorte, inspección y empaque del producto de una manera segura y eficiente según las especificaciones de calidad de la celda de trabajo asignada.

  • Rotar las operaciones de trabajo dentro de una celda así como en otras celdas según sea necesario para asegurar el material, realizando las operaciones correspondientes (ensamblar, moldear, rociar, recortar, pegar, soldar, inspeccionar, empacar, etc.).

  • Observar el correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaria de celda para asegurar piezas de calidad de conformidad con las especificaciones del cliente.

  • Registrar el trabajo realizado para su trazabilidad.

  • Realizar las tareas de las 5S según sea necesario y mantener los estándares de limpieza de la celda.

  • Comunicarse eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, así como asistir a todas las reuniones, sesiones de resolución de problemas, capacitación, inicio de turno, etc.

  • Mantener asistencia y puntualidad adecuada.

  • Actividades adicionales asignadas.

Calificaciones:

  • Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o diploma de equivalencia general (GED)

We are seeking a highly motivated 1st Shift Production Worker to join our team in the U-Bolt & Threaded Rod Manufacturing industry. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attendance is important in this role. Resumes with inconsistent work history or frequent job movement (several jobs in less than a year or short periods at several jobs) will not be considered.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability & Knowledge for running and maintaining production machines and machine tools
  • Mechanically inclined
