We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food Service Associates in our Deli department. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience by preparing and serving high-quality food while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys providing excellent service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service, particularly as a restaurant cook or deli clerk, is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and serve food according to company recipes and quality standards
•Provide best-in-class customer service with a positive and professional attitude
•Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times
•Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
•Contribute to a team environment and assist with various kitchen and deli duties as needed
Qualifications:
•Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented personality
•Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
•Prior experience in a restaurant, deli, or food service environment is preferred but not required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED

Job Summary Working as a Director of Operations - Retail Dining for Compass Group at the University of Florida will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to manage the food service operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits for our Retail Dining.
