**Job Summary:**
Responsible for supervision of a designated teams and front-line leaders within the Centralized Services fulfillment center environment. Provides daily support to Centralized Services pharmacy fulfillment center team members and Function Leads to ensure they provide a first in class experience to Walgreens patients and customers. Through Function Leads, monitors and reviews the day-to-day work of team members.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues that have been escalated from Function
+ Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations. Reports issues/concerns to Group Manager when appropriate.
+ Supervises daily activities of all team members and Function Leads for scheduled shift and provides feedback and coaching of team members according to quality standards. May intercede on communication with difficult customers or patients.
+ Responsible for coaching and developing the Centralized Services team members and Function Leads.
+ Conducts performance reviews with team members, identifies opportunities for development, and recommends sustainable solutions to achieve necessary results.
+ Continues to look for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas. Makes recommendations on process improvement to Group Manager.
+ Maintains working relationships and cooperates actively with all levels and areas of management to ensure that the objectives of the department and company are met.
+ Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company and facility policies and procedures. Maintains standards of performance in accordance with policies and procedures (e.g., HIPAA guidelines/regulations, insurance, and fraud abuse guidelines, required productivity levels, timeliness expectations, etc.)

**External Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree OR High school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience working in a fulfillment, logistics or centralized service setting.
+ Ability to be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification agency within the state mandated timeline and PTCB Certified within twelve months of placement in position.

Responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Using Walgreens prescription data entry procedures and guidelines, processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system. Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing. Troubleshoots to obtain missing prescription information, and interprets medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolves all data entry related exceptions.
+ Run automated machinery, sort medications, transition inventory through different workflow stages with a focus on quality control.
+ Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship. Clean and help maintain machinery and maintain an orderly work area.
+ Resolves Third Party Rejects by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
+ Provides assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the facility and those at other locations. Identifies and communicates issues to senior level staff as appropriate.
+ Must obtain active technician license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain an active technician license or certification.

Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment to customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe.
The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop team members by providing advice, counseling, opportunities for growth, and visibility to senior leadership
- Guide new employees through on boarding, coach employees on their job performance, give feedback, and suggest corrective action as appropriate
- Implement processes and systems to monitor progress and assess an employee's progress toward individual and team goals
