We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Finance teams with data-driven analysis, coordination, and strategic planning. This role will play a key part in optimizing inventory, supplier performance, sustainability initiatives, and production planning to help drive operational efficiency across the organization. This role will be based onsite at our New Berlin location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory performance, identify aged/obsolete stock, and support production planning.

• Assist in raw material forecasting, ordering, resin tracking, and MRP activities.

• Manage vendor scorecards and support RFQ and quote analysis.

• Support compliance initiatives including our food safety certification FSSC, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sustainability reporting.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce cost and enhance supply chain performance.

• Coordinate International Sustainability and Carbon Certification - ISCC Plus certification and support cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Management or applicable degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain/operations preferred. Can be a combination of internships and/or professional level or equivalent combinations of education & experience.

• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (IQMS and Tableau experience a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and commitment to continuous improvement.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to support decision-making and improve efficiency across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics. This role plays a key part in identifying trends, forecasting demand, and supporting strategic initiatives within the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.

• Support demand forecasting and production planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve supply chain processes.

• Assist in ERP system data management and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical forecasting or inventory optimization tools.

• APICS or similar supply chain certification.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Position Overview:

As part of the talented Navico Group Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new operational capabilities across Navico Groups global supply chain. These capabilities may include any combination of business processes, organizational structures, IT systems, new or modified facilities and equipment, operational or analytical tools, reporting, and KPIs.

Essential Functions:

Technology Exploration and Innovation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 $36,100 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
