Job Overview
You’ll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers relying on Amazon services. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in a variety of areas including merch, make-on-demand, customer returns, Prime Now, and general fulfillment. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders – in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your duties may include

Receive and put away inventory

Get customer orders ready and pack them up

Load boxes into trucks for shipment

Use scanners to read bar codes on products

View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks

Troubleshoot problems

Ensure product meets quality requirements

Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 40 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
You will also need to be able to do:

Lift up to 49 pounds

Push utility carts up to 60 pounds

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

Temperature. Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60°F and 90°F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90°F in the truck yard or inside trailers.

Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and protective safety footwear are required in select business units. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
The Supply Chain Specialist I, role is a fundamental role within MSC focused on executing tactical order management. You will succeed by utilizing reporting and insights to drive timely delivery of all Nike products to support Nike profitability. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, phone and email. You will implement desk level orderbook tasks to deliver overall orderbook and business KPIs.
The ideal candidate would have the following:

**WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON**
Responsible for supporting Inbound Supply flow and inventory placement activities, enhancing supply visibility and problem-solving issues with returns, non-complaint inventory and container prioritization, communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders, and taking initiative to identify risk and opportunities for Nike and our Partners. Access and leverage data and reporting to support Stock Transfer Order writing and supply availability to communicate delivery visibility to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor key KPI's and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations for Nike and Partners.
+ Work cross-functionally to maintain NCI returns flow into the DC
+ Proactively track returns status and timely processing them in the system
+ Provide visibility and respond to questions regarding inbound container status and coordinate expedite activities required to support the marketplace
+ Execute and communicate standard and ad hoc reports to support execution
+ Drive day-to-day problem-solving activities to resolve and escalate issues as required
+ Communicate with key stakeholders on existing processes / capabilities
