What You'll Do:
  • Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
  • Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
  • Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. Overview

Responsible for leadership and management in a warehouse with high volume, scope, and complexity. This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities.

The DC Fulfillment Specialist is a functional role that includes distribution order picking, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks; ensuring timely and accurate shipments are made to our customers using various indicators or signals. The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure timeliness of execution, appropriate safeguards to protect during transit, and or other. Interacting with Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations and Material Control to identify and meet business requirements.
**Job Summary:**
Required to stock DC shelves, pick, pack, consolidate, and ship to customers, Operate material handling equipment within a high-volume temperature-controlled warehouse. To assure team continuity across all warehouse operations, this position may also be required to learn, perform, and or be certified to assist within other areas including material control, logistics, or others as assigned.
**Essential Functions & Accountabilities:**
+ Timely picking of required material using basic material handling equipment
+ Complete electronic and/or manual verification of items picked for accuracy.
+ Visually identify and report any variations and/or damaged inventory per documented procedures.
+ Complete packaging, processing and/or shipment of orders as assigned.
+ Load and unload trucks using manual and electric equipment as required.
+ Perform physical and ERP/Enterprise Resource Planning goods movements using various forms of electronic devices and/or logs.
+ Process stock transfers and material requests.
+ Follow all provided control procedures and policies to complete tasks.
+ Maintain and engage in the promotion of a safe work environment.
+ As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.
**Qualifications**
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and ERP/Enterprise Resource Planning (D365 preferred).
+ Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced, changing environment.
+ Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
+ Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
+ Ability to continually meet all ADA factors as detailed within this job description.
+ Ability to communicate verbally and written word in English.
**Experience:**
+ 2 years related disciplines experience highly preferred.
+ Previous stand up electric forklift experience (counterbalance, articulated mast, stock picker, reach truck) preferred, if none, ability to become certified required
**Education:**
+ High School graduate
+ 2 years advanced education preferred
**Shift Details:**
7:30a-4p and 10a-6:30p
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour

**Overview**
Responsible for providing general supervision to employees in order fulfillment, distribution center. This role will also be responsible for receiving, storing, delivering items, and securing the warehouse. The Outbound Supervisor will use various operations reports to accurately record and measure metrics to ensure efficient production levels.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Direct the filling, loading, and checking of product orders for retail customers through the management of team associates
+ Train new team associates and ensures understanding of organization and operation policies and service guidelines
+ Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders to retail customers
+ Coach, direct, and counsel team associates on overall performance
+ Define productivity expectations and monitors progress regularly
+ Conduct meetings with team associates
+ Identify and recommends opportunities for employee development and performance improvement requirements
+ Participate in the recruitment and hiring of team associates
+ Assist with evening scheduling for night warehouse operations
**Additional Primary Responsibilities**
+ Attend monthly safety meetings
+ Participate in the online training courses each quarter
+ Achieve all operational performance metrics as required
+ Maintain safe working environment according to company and OSHA regulations
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Dregree/preferred
+ 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
**Physical Demands**
+ Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
+ Additional hours may be required during October, November, and December and other peak periods
+ Capable of working flexible hours which could include overnight, early morning, and/or late evening
+ May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater
+ May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
