Your Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic care for patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, addressing their comprehensive health needs.
- Oversee the management of chronic illnesses, preventative healthcare, acute episodes, and mental health, all guided by a patient-first approach.
- Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
- Collaborate closely with care management teams, specialists, and mental health providers to ensure an integrated care model.

- Utilize electronic medical record systems effectively to maintain thorough and current patient documentation.

- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency program recognized for its rigor.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
- Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Exemplary diagnostic and clinical techniques with an emphasis on prevention and proactive care.

Must be able to obtain a state license in which you will practice as a family medicine physician. Must be and remain board certified (with a lapse of no longer than a year) in principal practice specialty or become and remain board certified (with a lapse of no longer than a year) within six years of completion of post-graduate medical training. Board certification must be recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
