Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency program recognized for its rigor.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
  • Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
