Ottawa (population of approximately 13,000) is located about 40 miles southwest of metropolitan Kansas City, the 44-bed, full-service hospital, and outpatient care clinics employ almost 400 team members that include a variety of specialty services for this rural community.

+ We are building an employed OB Service Line to include 1 OB/Gyn physician and 2 Family Medicine with OB physicians.
+ 24/7 coverage that will be achieved through employed physicians and independent physicians in the Kansas City metro
+ C-Section experience required (High-Risk surgeries are transferred out)

Primary Care/ Family Physician
COMPENSATION: $240,000-275,000 Plus 10% bonus

We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Role :
• Compensation: $40- 270k + Bonus, up to 10% of base salary
• Position: Primary Care Physician
• Full primary care – acute, physicals, chronic disease management and coaching, well women’s visits
• Will collaborate with one new NP
• No occupational medicine
• Clinic back up support staff: 3-NP’s, 4-MA’s,
• Labs on site
• Dispensary on site
• Hours: Mon. 7-4, Tues. 9-6, Wed. 7-4, Thurs. 9-6, Fri. 7-4
• No Call
• Patient Volume: 10-12 a day
• Annual visits 60 min follow up visits 30 min
• Patient demographics: 50/50 Men/Women. 10% or less children starting age 2

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
