• Full-Spectrum Family Medicine: Broad outpatient practice including pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, women's health, general medicine, and urgent care.
• Outpatient Focus with On-Site Convenience: No inpatient duties, plus on-site X-ray and lab in our Quinton office.
• Balanced Patient Load: Manageable volume of 18-22 patients per day, with dedicated appointment times (no walk-ins).
• Excellent Support: Dedicated MAs (1:1 ratio), experienced and tenured office staff - our MAs are very hands-on and our providers are very well supported.

• Deliver in-depth, ongoing care to individuals and families throughout their lives, addressing needs from pediatric to geriatric.
• Oversee chronic diseases, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental health with a dedicated patient-centered focus.
• Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized care plans.
• Engage with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at quality improvement to boost patient outcomes and operational success.

• MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible for a valid Virginia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
