Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in Family or Internal Medicine

- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, preferably in a primary care, community health, or FQHC setting

Required qualifications include Board Certified Physician in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Three or more years of experience in management and supervisory positions preferred. CPR is required.
