Job Summary:
The General Motors Shop Foreman at Lugoff Chevy Buick GMC is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department. Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control professional to join their team. As a Quality Control team member, you will support the Quality Assurance department, ensuring the integrity and safety of raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Control
**Location:** Sinking Spring, PA
**Duration:** 12+ Month Contract
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform sampling of incoming raw materials and components following established Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Sample Room through routine cleaning tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
+ Collect environmental monitoring samples monthly using specialized equipment, including air sampling units and incubators.
+ Affix barcode labels to materials after sampling to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
+ Read and record temperature and humidity data accurately, supporting compliance with quality standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and comply with PPE requirements, including hair net, scrubs, safety shoes, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and respirator mask as necessary.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for precise documentation and record keeping.
+ Excellent communication skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations.
+ Experience with SAP, Infor LX, Microsoft Excel, and spreadsheet applications is preferred.
