Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical and manual labor tasks on active construction job sites.
• Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of tools and heavy machinery (saws, trackhoes, skidsteers, etc.).
• Adapt quickly to changing tasks and varying project requirements.
• Work safely and efficiently while following company and site-specific safety protocols.
• Travel regularly to out-of-town job sites; per diem and lodging provided.
• Report progress and issues promptly to the site manager.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction or field experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work long hours, including many weeks with extended days.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
• Willingness to travel regularly for overnight stays at project sites (company covers per diem and hotels).
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience with or willingness to learn heavy equipment operation (saws, trackhoes, skidsteers, etc.).

Schedule

About the Position

We are hiring motivated Laborers to support our oilfield service operations. This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Because our work runs 24/7, shifts may be offered during the day, night, weekends, or holidays depending on demand.

No previous oilfield experience is required — we provide training for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do
