The Operations Department provides support to the strategic and operational objectives of BJC Medical Group practices and is located in Town & Country.
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Role Purpose**
Oversees operations for up to 85 providers in multiple practice sights. Works as a partner with the Regional Physician Champion and is responsible for overall patient flow, physician employment, strategic planning, marketing and financial performance. Provides management guidance to Site Administrators that are responsible for day to day operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
+ Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
+ Monitor, measure, assess and improve department performance using patient satisfaction data, BJCMG reports of budgeted vs. worked hours, RVU reports and NextGen reports
+ Collaborates with physicians/providers to ensure consistent and appropriate processes/protocols to meet clinical needs, compliance standards and customer expectations. Participates in efforts integral in developing existing and new business to build and maintain desired patient panel levels for new and existing physicians/providers.
+ Provide ongoing recognition, feedback and development, holding staff accountable for success. Identify and mentor future organizational leaders. Ensure appropriate resources are provided to staff. Develop a staffing plan that meets both customer expectations and financial targets. Create an environment where employee engagement and feedback facilitates positive change.
+ Holds Site Administrators accountable for responding to patient complaints; analyze and determine necessity to elevate the complaint based on situation, potential risk, effective resolution, clinical care concerns. In addition, provides leadership for the execution of long and short term work plans/goals and implementation of site level infrastructure and changes to support processes and systems.
+ Develops recommendations for capital, operating and staffing budgets. Provides fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets and expenses. Makes necessary decisions to adjust for variations in projected budget income caused by fluctuating volumes and other external forces.

The job profile for this position is Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.
This is a technical individual contributor role within the Delivery Support & Insights organization, specifically supporting Data Management and Reporting (DM&R) and a companywide tool conversion. This position will primarily be focused on understanding a new provider tool's frontend and backend, documenting the necessary database needs for DM&R, training DM&R on the tool, and converting all existing reporting to the new database.
A successful candidate for this role will have Oracle and T-SQL querying knowledge, system conversion or migration experience, strong technical writing skills, the ability to train team members, and proven data analysis and problem-solving skills. SAS, SSIS and Tableau experience are desired but not required.
This role requires the ability to be on point in medium complexity projects, or components of larger projects impacting multiple business units relating to quality data analysis, quality excellence, and process improvement. This role requires equal parts technical skill and knowledge with the ability to fully understand the business processes it supports.
**Job responsibilities include:**
+ Ability to work with very technical skills with a strong understanding of the business processes involved - equal parts technical and business
+ Comfortable working in an environment with priorities often changing daily - ability to prioritize work accordingly
+ Development and maintenance of various tables that are critical to identifying and remediating defective data
+ Development and maintenance of automated processes to support identification of defective data and remediation

+ Close engagement with all Quality and Process Outcomes focused teams to assist with any technical needs to support the business
+ Collaboration with IT and other key matrix partners to build and maintain many different technical tools and automated processes

**Required Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
+ Minimum 7+ years of experience working in a role driving insights from large data sets using technical skills and tools
+ 4+ years of solid experience working with and using Oracle SQL, ideally with experience comparing output data across data sources.
+ Experience with Tableau, SSIS and SAS not required but a plus
+ Strong data mining and analytical skills
+ Solid oral, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse groups
+ Ability to determine the best technology for various reporting requests
+ Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities that differ in complexity and scope

The Product Management Senior Advisor manages and supports the overall vision, goals, and objectives of programs and products offered to Cigna Healthcare integrated Pharmacy clients and customers.

The Product Management Senior Advisor will be responsible for management of existing products within the pharmacy benefit and financial product team as well as developing new product offerings to support Cigna Pharmacy sales growth, retention and organizational goals. Product development opportunities will be focused on closing market problems and trends, delivering best-in-class customer/client affordability and promoting integrated customer health and well-being. The Product Management Senior Advisor will report to the Director, Clinical Product Strategy within the Pharmacy Benefit and Financial Product team.

The successful individual in this role will have a deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, clinical programs and customer experience as well as strong analytic, communication, research and decision-making skills. The position works closely with matrix partners across the enterprise including Express Scripts and Evernorth partners, contracting, pharmacy pricing/finance, clinical, operations, sales, pharmacy product, analytics, compliance and legal, as well as external partners where applicable.

This individual will be adept at working as part of a team in leading work in a complex environment with aggressive timelines and occasional ambiguity. Excellent organizational skills, an orientation to detail and the demonstrated ability to deliver quality, finished work is a must. This role is individual contributor but requires well-developed people management, matrix management and influencing skills.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Proactively identifies and asses new product development opportunities based on market trends, competitive intel and client/market demand.
  • Lead product design and business case development of high potential opportunities and promote within organization against competing ideas
  • Develops strategy, product requirements document and other key deliverables needed to communicate concept to business and tech project teams
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners across the enterprise to successfully build and launch project on-time with minimal issues and within budget utilizing leadership as necessary to overcome barriers
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with all key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Filing teams to ensure new products offerings are compliant with federal /state regulations; develop plan language and state filing updates as needed
  • Provide education and training for matrix partners (Sales and account management, Product, client support team, call centers) for new products and existing products
  • Provides support for the development, enhancement, and evaluation of the Pharmacy Product portfolio.
  • Other product management responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in insurance or healthcare industry with 3+ years' experience in pharmacy benefit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation-ready documents.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation and organizational skills.
  • Strong strategic, financial, analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment including complex systems and processes
