Qualifications:
- Completion of coursework and examinations for CNA and Medication Aide certifications.

Position Overview
Our Certified Nursing Assistant/Aide is responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation. Under supervision of Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses. Assists Nurses with patient care and patients with ADL's commensurate with their education and demonstrated competencies.
Essential Duties
Under the supervision of an LPN, RN, PA, ARNP, or MD, assists in the assessment of vital signs, transferring, and ambulating of patients
Consults with and is responsible to RNs and other staff as appropriate
Implements clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Intervenes with proper technique, procedures, and safety precautions to meet individual needs of patients
Responsible for charting vital signs, intake, and output on appropriate flow sheets and reports any changes of patient status to appropriate disciplines
Responsible for ordering and maintaining supply levels for all clinics; stocks ER supplies
Responsible for administering medications
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
Current certification as a Nurse Aide in working state from an accredited CNA course
One (1) or more years of clinical experience preferred

Your Role:
In the heart of our mission, our CNAs play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, a gentle and friendly approach, professionalism, and unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:
- Provide Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
- Respond to Patient Call Lights with a Compassionate and Helpful Approach
- Ensure Residents Receive an Appropriate Diet by Understanding Their Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
- Record Vital Signs as Requested by Staff
- Promptly Notify the Nurse in Charge of Any Changes in Resident Conditions
Qualifications:
- Current CNA Certificate
- Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Go Above and Beyond for Our Residents
