Wage Range: $103,189 - $165,090 per year Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity. Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations and profit and loss of more than one clinic facility, including physicians/staff management, patient scheduling, patient flow, medical records, patient accounting, supply ordering and complaint resolution. Position must meet a minimum of three of the following five criteria: Managerial oversight of three or more multispecialty clinics; Two or more separate clinic locations that require travel by vehicle; Operational supervision with greater than 15 Providers and/or grater than 30 direct reports; Facility site management which may include offsite building management; Management of other onsite ancillary services. May have other service lines to include surgical or inpatient services. Primary Duties: Achieves budgeted expenses and revenue on a monthly and annual basis for each clinic. On an annual basis, develops revenue and expense projections for multiple departments and capital budgets with EvergreenHealth guidelines for each clinic. Ensures multiple offices and personnel follow EvergreenHealth polices. Ensures operation is in regulatory compliance with all governing agencies or bodies (OSHA, JC, Medicare, HIPAA etc.). Responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and security of patient medical records. Responsible for ensuring staff are trained in proper PMSI use and newly implemented EMR processes and procedures. Works in collaboration for the development and promotion of a continuous quality improvement culture. Follows through on projects from design through completion, learning and next steps, in conjunction with the medical director(s), department leadership, staff, and others as appropriate. Responsible for CQI indicator monitoring, data collection and reporting. Teams with physicians to ensure multiple clinics are operating at peak efficiency. Coordinates with primary care and other specialty managers to ensure a seamless referral process and maximize system integrity. Monitors and when necessary, develops improvement plans to increase patient satisfaction for multiple clinics. Provides oversight and initiates strategies and goals to ensure an effective and efficient revenue cycle. Monitors labor productivity reports against the targets using the Premier OA system and is accountable for clinic targets and standard key performance indicators set through the annual organizational budget & performance target settings for multiple clinics. In coordination with division leadership and EvergreenHealth Strategic Priorities, develops growth strategies for multiple specialties and clinics. Performs other duties as assigned. License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or clinical area or equivalent combination of education and experience 4 years of management experience in a health care setting, preferably in a medical clinic. Our typical patient population consists of patients with observable chest pain, ruling out anything cardiac related, stroke patients, and alcohol withdrawal. We prepare and recover our patients for stress tests, echocardiograms, and cardiac procedures including diagnostic angiograms/stent placement, ablations, pacemakers and ICD insertions, and open heart surgery. Our unit cares for many patients with heart failure and cardiac arrythmias needing IV drips.
A member of the interdependent team led by a designated RN, is accountable to perform patient care duties and activities for a group of patients. Performs such care as vital sign checks, bladder scanning, blood sugar testing, documentation of cares provided. Reports patient care data and progress of outcomes to designated RN.

+ Demonstrates dedication to the universal guiding principles of the patient care model in order to achieve the Fairview Nursing vision.
+ Supports the Nursing Process to achieve outcome focused patient care. Supports comprehensive nursing theory based on Watson's theory of caring aligning with the practice standards of the American Holistic Nurses' Association and the nursing care model (Professional Partnership Model) to acquire the Nursing vision.
+ Communicates accurately and efficiently with patient/family and health care team members. Reinforces patient education as advised by clinical staff.
+ Documents patient information in EHR and/or other electronic system in accordance with program standards, department policies/procedures.
+ Maintains knowledge of, and follows all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Performs other responsibilities as needed/assigned.
**Required:**
**License/Certification/Registration**
+ Basic Life Support (BLS for Healthcare Providers) certification required. Ontrack participants much be able to acquire BLS certification upon completion of the OnTrack program
+ Six months of recent direct care experience in a long term, home care or acute care setting. (Appropriate roles may include, Nursing Assistant, PCA, Resident Assistant or Emergency Room Technician)
**Or**
+ Current enrollment in an LPN, RN or Nurse Practitioner program, and completion of one (1) semester of clinical rotation within the program

**Responsibilities**
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures providing quality images to radiologists and physicians for interpretation.
+ Maintain and operate cameras that detect and map radioactive drugs in a patient's body to create diagnostic images.
+ Position patients and select anatomic and technical factors accurately.
+ Order, prepare, administer, and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
+ Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
+ Ensure prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history).
+ Ensure equipment is properly functioning. Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel. Lock/tag out equipment if appropriate.
+ Assist in maintaining a clean, and orderly department.
**Requirements**
Licensure /Certification / Registration:
