About the Role As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes. You'll assist with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities • Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • ousehold Chores: Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. • M dication Reminders: Remind patients to take medications as prescribed. • V tal Signs: Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. • C mpanionship: Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. • T ansportation: Assist with transportation to medical appointments or errands.
