Primary Purpose of Position
Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas following Forbes Five-Star guest standards at all time, which includes but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure our guest have an enjoyable and comfortable stay here at The Ranch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and common areas according to the Standard Operating Procedures and as assigned by supervisor with extreme attention to detail.
- Monitor proper function of guest room appliances and repair of furniture and fixtures.
- Report any needed repairs to supervisor in a timely manner. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties of laundry and public spaces during need periods.
- Address guest concerns, requests and special requirements in a timely manner to housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain rooms and common areas of the property.
- Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Keep storage areas tidy and communicate supply needs to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Receive thorough inspections via supervisor – accept comment on suggestive improvements.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with co-workers and guests.
- Follow a flexible schedule with both work hours and tasks.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
