About This Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting and talent acquisition within the Human Resources department. Main Job Mission: As an HR Manager, your primary mission is to lead and manage the human resources department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success.

Job Activities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, with hands-on responsibility of the hourly position recruitment.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the Training Skills Matrix, facilitate the training plan, and maintain required documentation in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
  • Handle employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees.
  • Foster a strong focus on safety, health, environment and sustainability throughout the site.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Ensure effective completion of the people-focused processes, such as annual performance and salaries reviews, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years proven experience in HR, with 2+ years in a Generalist role at minimum.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for sponsorship or transfer of Visa now or at any time in the future.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others through influence.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
