Your Role
Gensler's office in Chicago is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner, reporting to the Regional HR Director. What You Will Do

Act as thought partner to studio leadership and develop talent strategies aligned to business objectives

Manage all aspects of employee relations issues and investigations by partnering with leadership
