**Role Description**
SMBC Human Resources took on an exciting transformational journey to deliver various strategic projects, during which we transitioned to SAP Success Factors. We continue to transform and enhance across functions and we are looking to add a Change Management Lead to support our efforts.
We are looking for this role to strategically lead the change management efforts, and support all our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will take appropriate ownership and focus on building a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO and take guidance throughout the initiatives. Change Management will be a key factor in implementing successful programs and impactful communication campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their experience from previous HR transformation programs to provide the following:
+ Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
+ Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
+ Support communication efforts - Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
+ Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
+ Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
**Role Objectives: Delivery**
+ Complete change management assessments
+ Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
+ Identify and manage anticipated resistance
+ Consult and coach project teams
+ Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
+ Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
+ Coordinate efforts with other specialists
+ Integrate change management activities into project plan
+ Evaluate and ensure user readiness
+ Manage stakeholders
+ Track and report issues
+ Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
+ Support change management at the organizational level
+ Manage the change portfolio
**Qualifications and Skills**
+ A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
+ Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

**About the Role:**
As Head of HR Data Management, you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of Citi's HR data management strategy. You will be responsible for the health, integrity, and accessibility of HR data, aligning with Citi's broader data governance framework. This includes driving innovation, optimizing data flows, modernizing platforms, and ensuring robust data quality. You will collaborate closely with senior HR and enterprise data leadership, influencing key stakeholders and driving impactful change across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Define and execute the long-term vision for HR data management, aligning with Citi's overall data strategy and regulatory requirements.
+ **Platform Modernization:** Lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge HR data platform, optimizing data flows, enabling direct-to-manager information access, and supporting advanced analytics and data science initiatives.
+ **Data Quality:** Implement a robust data quality framework, including metrics, reporting, and issue resolution processes. Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and address data quality concerns.
+ **Data Distribution & Security:** Oversee and optimize the secure distribution of HR data within HR and to external consumers, ensuring appropriate access controls and data security measures.
+ **Model Risk Management:** Manage and mitigate model risk for all HR-related models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ **EUC Management:** Address internal and regulatory obligations and implement long-term management strategies for HR End-User Computing (EUC) applications.
+ **Financial Management:** Manage the HR Data technology expense budget, optimizing resource allocation and driving cost efficiencies.
+ **Team Leadership:** Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in data management, with a proven track record of successfully deploying data strategies across multiple functions/regions, preferably within HR.
+ Deep expertise in data management, data quality management, and data platform modernization.
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
+ Experience managing complex data environments and driving large-scale data transformation initiatives.
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Experience in financial services and familiarity with agile methodologies are highly desirable.
