Purpose
The HR Operations Case Management Lead will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, implementing, and maintaining the HR Case Management solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow or other case management platform configuration, administration, and integration with various systems.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
+ Leads the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow Case Management modules and enhancements.
+ Partners with BTS, DDS, and vendor partners to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, etc.
+ Oversees and maintains system integrity and security through routine monitoring and implementation of platform upgrades.
+ Provides expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow capabilities to drive business process optimization.
+ Leads and performs data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities across platform.
+ Collaborates with HRSD process owners and other stakeholders to improve existing services and processes.
+ Develops and maintains detailed business requirements documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
+ Provides training and support to users for new or modified features and functionalities.
+ Stays current with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continually improve service offerings.
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 5 + years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations with prior system and platform experience, including case management and HRSD module configuration or similar platforms.
+ 8 years work experience.
+ Strong understanding of HR Operations and HRSD processes and best practices.
+ Proven experience in system design, scripting, and application customization.
+ Proficiency in system functionality, technical design and process improvement.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
+ ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.

The HR Manager will report to the Director of HR and will be dedicated Plant HR Manager to oversee all human resources activities within our manufacturing plant in Bolingbrook, IL. - Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes

- Addressing employee relations concerns in partnership with HR Manager, supervisors and managers

- Assisting in keeping current EEO/AAP reports, attendance, disciplinary summary reports, turnover analysis, and analyze other metrics using HRIS systems.

Information Management and Reporting
Ensures utilization of the Employee Relations module to complete and track activity.
Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning employee relations data.

Project Management
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintains project documentation and creates/updates process documentation.
Provides project status updates to the project team and HR Leaders.
Assists in project planning by compiling/contributing information and recommendations.
Partners with HR Leadership in coordinating project resources.
Assists with training and implementation.
HR Administration
Participates in HR special projects.
Assists in the maintenance of employee records in the Human Resources Information system (HRIS).
Runs and prepares reports from HRIS.
Provides support to employees with Human Resources questions or directs calls to the appropriate contact.
Acts as point of contact for new employees regarding onboarding, orientation, and assimilation to policies and programs.
Provides immigration support and interface with vendor and business partners.
Supports program management for the Human Resources initiatives and processes.
Assists with off-boarding procedures.
Performs general office support functions, as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent, in Human Resources or related field
2+years experience in Human Resources
2+ years experience in administrative and customer service
Good understanding of employment laws
Project Management experience
Excellent professional written and verbal communications skills
Critical thinker, active listener and effective time manager

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary Pay Range: $46,585.00 - $63,409.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Prepare and process employment verifications, unemployment claims, garnishments, and other official documentation from government agencies. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all HR documentation and requests. Assist with job postings and applicant tracking as needed. Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and coordination of events and programs. Oversee the Circle of Excellence employee recognition program, including nomination tracking and logistics. Demonstrate a willingness to take on increasingly complex HR tasks and responsibilities as part of professional development.
