Key job responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical, mechanical, emergency generator, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center
- Troubleshoot of facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs
- Perform limited maintenance tasks to including filter changes, HVAC PMs, rack power installs, rack PDU, and rack ATS replacements
- Provide support to Data Center Operations technicians
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work
- Work a 12 hour shift (rotating 3 and 4 day work weeks days or nights)
- Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.)
- Utilize internal CMMS to manage building workflows and spare part inventory
- Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance
- Respond to off hour emergency calls per on call rotation for any one of the region’s sites
- Fully comply with all physical security procedures and policies
- Drive innovation while reducing operational costs in the facilities
- Manipulate small wires and objects
A day in the life
After an initial training period, you will support data center infrastructure operations on a shift schedule supporting our 24/7 staffing model. You will get information from your peer technicians who are ending shift, review the maintenance schedule for any tasks due that day, and then perform routine physical checks of our critical systems. After these rounds are complete, you and your shift partner will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, take repair actions, and perform facility maintenance. You will also author technical procedures, work orders, and work on advanced qualifications and projects as your career progresses at AWS!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical or electrical equipment
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Data Center Operations Experience or experience operating electrical or mechanical systems in a mission critical environment (i.e. military, telecom, etc.)
- Fundamental knowledge of network design and layout as well as low voltage (copper/ fiber) cabling
- Experience with building management systems (BMS and EPMS control systems) and data collection/trending

The Business Operations Analyst provides comprehensive analytics support of all nursing departments for all business units, including the Hospital Division Nursing (the "Department"; approximately 185 cost centers). This support includes project support, decision support and implementation of strategic growth plans, operational, financial, and other business activities across the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center ("OSUWMC") system.
This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and supports the Chief Nurse Officers and all Associate Chief Nurse Officers.
Position Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst monitors and maintains reports and data visuals to assess the financial and operational performance and direction of the Department. They support translating financial budget and operational metrics into meaningful action for the Department and promotes resource stewardship. They assist in all business functions and analytical support for the Nursing division. Responsible for operations management, budgeting, development of models, data mining and analytical activities including financial, workforce, productivity, business/clinical processes, resource stewardship initiatives, and other ad hoc activities. Provides opportunities for improvement through statistical analysis, visual management and project facilitation. Develops and maintain collaborative relationships with medical and healthcare system staff to ensure effective, results-oriented outcomes.
The Analyst identifies financial opportunities and issues and implements improvements that will enhance Department operations and sustainability. The Analyst develops, aligns, and operationalizes the Department's clinical, academic, and research activities to support the overall OSUWMC goals.
The Analyst promotes an environment that facilitates patient and staff satisfaction and a culture that is conducive to team development and professional growth. The Analyst develops and maintains effective working relationships with Department clinical and non-clinical staff, administrators, and the other members of the interdisciplinary Department and Business Operations and Finance teams. The Analyst collaborates across OSUWMC with other administrators, leaders and staff to provide fiscal and analytics oversight and expertise within the Department. The Analyst participates in professional organizations and workgroups to promote the image of the organization externally.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required. Two years' experience with data analytics and mining, data visualization, business operations, process improvement, project facilitation, finance and/or other relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects. Analytical and computer skills including knowledge of statistical, database, spreadsheet and business intelligence software. Ability to learn new systems and develop models. Independent and self-motivated.
Ongoing: Maintain licensure (if applicable). Demonstrated competency to meet essential job functions. We are seeking a Lead Network Automation Engineer to join our Application Hosting - Secure Network Services team. The Application Hosting - Secure Network Services team provides foundational network infrastructure for Wells Fargo's data centers, enabling secure connectivity to business partners, the public Internet, and public cloud providers. Responsibilities
GovCIO is seeking a candidate for the position of Cyber Security Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs BAM Portfolio. Cyber Security Analyst will provide the customer with assessments and reports facilitating situational awareness and understanding of current cyber threats and adversaries. Develops cyber threat profiles based on geographic region, country, group, or individual actors. Produces cyber threat assessments based on entity threat analysis. Serves to establish and maintain ATO status including participation in ongoing ATO audits to ensure system integrity. Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding and network security and encryption.
