Position Summary
Provides administrative, financial, procurement, 3rd party claims support to Project
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for new hire process to include new hire paperwork, payroll set up; benefit enrollment maintenance and on-boarding. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, ensuring all necessary new hire paperwork is accurate and completed. Responsible for new hire data entry while creating and maintaining all necessary employee records
- Process all employee actions to include transfers, vacations, promotions, merit, bonus, pay adjustments and terminations. Ensure that all necessary documents are received and approved.
- Responsible for the efficient administration of the project by answering telephone calls, greeting visitors and distributing mail. Responds and delegates requests for information.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences and travel as requested.
- Prepares monthly reports in a timely, accurate manner including but not limited to client required reports, overtime, payroll and SAP reports and work
- Responsible for keying payroll hours and work activities for project employees in a timely and order activity reports.
- Maintain confidential employee files and other project filing including training and license records and vendor insurance certifications.
- Responsible for purchasing supplies, maintaining equipment, rental and vendor contracts, 3rd claims, client deliverable, and Adopt a Highway
- Responsible for the administration of the projects accounts payable and receivable including reconciliation, verification, and distribution.
- Assist in the administration of fleet management system including data entry and invoice review
- Answers the hot phone and manages all inquiries including recording and tracking of all inquiries to ensure all requests are responded to within contract requirements. Dispatch employees to accidents, repairs or other concerns of client or public.
- Ability to work flexibly and willingness to work extensively to meet business needs
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, problem solving, personal organizational and leadership skills.

Position Summary
Responsible for operating a toll booth in a polite and efficient manner, providing customers with a positive service experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects cash or tickets according to established rates for all traffic crossing a State Toll Facility;
- Operates a push button classification panel; Informs public of toll rates and makes proper change;
- Provides direction and information regarding travel routes and road conditions;
- Assumes responsibility for a personal change fund;

Position Summary
This role provides direct support to the Project Engineer by providing technical advice and guidance to project staff on roadway, tunnel and facility infrastructure operations and maintenance by applying engineering knowledge and skills. Also provides support by ensuring that work performed, follows project specific requirements for the DC Tunnels.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Associate Project Engineer will work in conjunction with and provide support to the Project Engineer in:
- Ensure compliance of processes, work plans, procedures, and specifications within the contractual performance standards for roadways, facilities, and tunnel.
- Provide technical guidance for quality assurance reviews of project subcontractors and/or consultant documentation and provides recommendations to project staff.
- Perform quality control reviews of submitted reports by project subcontractors and consultants for roadways, facilities and tunnel assets.
- Assist in determining best approach (self-performance or sub-contract) to bring roadway, facility and tunnel assets into contract compliance considering cost, timelines, and efficiency.
- Use of computer-aided design software to prepare drawings and engineering documents.
- Demonstrate familiarity with maintenance practices and asset maintenance systems.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Demonstrate commitment to continuously update necessary job skills and technical knowledge as required for the role.
- Maintain, periodically review, and improve the content of Technical Maintenance Instructions and all associated documentation.
- Assist in the revision of maintenance job plans in CMMS.
- Complete reports and ensure their timely and accurate submission to project management.
- Any other duties that are assigned by the project management to include special projects and studies.
- Proactively identifies project issues and appropriately manages them to the satisfaction of client and Ferrovial services business goals; and escalating them to project management as appropriate.
- Demonstrates time management and planning skills, technical report writing skills, and basic presentation skills.

Arm is seeking a Staff Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Engineer to join our Data Center Engineering organization and lead the integration and management of communication systems between server infrastructure and building management systems (BMS) with external data center developers. You will be the go-to technical authority on the team for bridging communication protocols between rack hardware and facility systems to create a consolidated and effective management platform. This is an exciting role with lots of flexibility in creating and implementing new standards and operational best practices.
The ideal location for this position will be based out of Austin or San Jose, with Austin being the preference. Roughly 10-20% travel time can be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reliable communication between server racks, PDUs, environmental/infrastructure sensors, and BMS.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end telemetry data pipeline: from sensor ingestion to alerting and visualization.
- Collaborate with Facilities and IT Operations to ensure robust infrastructure monitoring and control.
- Provide technical leadership in DCIM platform deployment and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and for secure OT/IT integration.
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation for infrastructure faults or data gaps.
- Create and lead architecture diagrams and runbooks for system operation and incident response.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in edge computing, telemetry protocols, and smart infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Redfish, IPMI, SNMP
- Modbus, BACnet, OPC-UA
- Networking (TCP/IP firewalls, segmentation between OT/IT)
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools (e.g. Python, Ansible, Node-RED)
- Strong understanding of server and rack-level hardware (thermal, power, sensors, etc.)
- Proficiency with DCIM tools and integration with BMS dashboards or SCADA platforms.
- Ability to operate independently and implement successful solutions with minimal guidance.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment that is rapidly developing and changing.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering
- Experience with HPC systems
