This position is responsible for the business-wide management of inventory, including consolidation and analysis of Libbey's global inventory forecast and related reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES

**Overall Job Summary**
This position is responsible for the overall inventory productivity for selected merchandise categories. Productivity is primarily measured by store and DC in-stock along with inventory turn. Primary responsibilities include day to day activities of inventory management including order fulfillment, store replenishment, and forecast management.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Implement the replenishment and inventory strategy to support assortment and merchandise plans while achieving service level targets. Manage the inventory levels for assigned product categories through analysis of trends, exceptions, rate of sale, minimum order quantities and minimum presentation quantities. Plan and execute article-site replenishment at stores for all replenished products.
+ Execute purchase orders to suppliers based on suggested order quantities from E3. Serve as key contact for PO expediting and Logistic issues, and assist with ship schedule changes.
+ Evaluate and plan all basic and seasonal forecasts and profiles based on demand history, statistical analysis, store activity, assortment changes, and current trends, which facilitate replenishment of product to the stores. Maintain E3 and SAP system settings to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained at the DC and store article/site level. Utilize exception based reporting and analysis to react to articles that are exceeding or falling below anticipated performance levels.
+ Serve as key contact for store operations replenishment issues.
+ Execute replenishment plan for all new articles, based on the article forecast and profile, and "plans and events" for promotional activities on articles.
+ Initiate and communicate replenishment recommendations in respect to inventory and trends, to inventory management, buying, and logistics personnel.
+ Provide vendor forecasts/projections for replenished inventory.
**Required Qualifications**
Experience:
+ 0-2 years' experience in forecasting or replenishment, preferably in a retail environment.
+ Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Field Operations, Logistics or Store Planning in a retail environment preferred. This experience could also be in the form of an internship through a supply chain program.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field). Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Excellent office computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and prefer experience with SAP applications.

**Position Summary** **:**
The Associate Inventory Analyst will assist the team of Inventory Analysts in supporting the inventory needs of the US Sales Force. This position will report directly to the Director of Field Asset Management and work within cross functional teams between Operations, Finance, IT, Sales and Product Development.
**Essential Functions** **:**
+ Analyzing the performance of Field Sales in the use of Consigned Sets, Item Consignments and Loaners by acting to retrieve Inventory where not justified
+ Functioning as a conduit/expediter at times when critical Inventory is needed to support specific surgeries and Loaners not available
+ Maintaining database of business knowledge to support field with appropriate inventory
+ Assisting in managing area's trauma inventory to best support on-call customers and local trauma centers
+ Maintaining accurate inventory records by following through on transfers, addressing and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and serving as a point person in the close-out process
+ Preparing weekly and monthly reports for evaluating inventory needs, ensure inventory is allocated to appropriately cover these needs
+ Obtaining information regarding upcoming on-boarding that may require modification to forecasting
+ Working with team members to assist in supporting inventory needs on a national level
+ Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
+ Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
+ Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus

**Qualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management or related field
+ Experience with Business Objects or similar reporting system
+ Aggressive, goal-oriented individual with strong persuasive skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking abilities required for successful job completion
+ Well organized, detail oriented and a team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment
