Summary/Objective
Handle the receipt, documentation, and tracking of goods. Communicate with Inventory Manager regarding issues or status of merchandise. Be flexible to support changing priorities and needs.
Essential Functions
- Provide support for Inventory Supervisor
- Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Deliver or route materials to departments.
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
- Confer or correspond with appropriate person(s) to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies.
- Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, or storage.

**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible to support the Inventory Control functions to assure inventory accuracy within the facility. These responsibilities include inventory counting, product attribute maintenance, maintaining product dating standards, outbound pallet auditing, and facilitating slot placement of items in the warehouse.
**Here's what you'll do:**
+ Support the inventory process in the Distribution Center through counting, auditing of outgoing customer orders, system data maintenance, etc. Adjust inventory accordingly to maintain accuracy while ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
+ Coordinate with various departments: Buying, Accounting, Shipping, Receiving, Transportation, System Administration, outside carriers, and product vendors to ensure correct and accurate inventory.
+ Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify shortages and discrepancies and research inaccuracies within inventory levels.
+ Assist in monitoring the slotting of product and the layout of warehouse to optimize efficiency.
+ Responsible for process and disposition of short-dated inventory, aged inventory, damage and salvage product.
+ Identify, research, correct and communicate receiving inventory errors to Accounting and/or Inventory Supervisor.
+ Communicate pertinent information and issues (i.e., inventory/receiving issues, warehouse out-of-stock inventory, product damage, etc.) to supervisor(s) in a timely manner.
+ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Director of Supply Chain Enabling** to support the Direct Materials supply chain at Western Digital. A Senior Supply Chain Analyst Expert leverages extensive experience in both commercial and federal/DOD supply chains to design and implement end-to-end (E2E) solutions that optimize systems, processes, and performance. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and SCM best practices, this position leads strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of complex supply chain transformations across multiple sectors. This position is on-site in the Oklahoma City, OK area.

Essential Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in both commercial and federal/DOD supply chains.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems, with proven experience applying the SCOR framework to optimize operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
- Expertise in designing and implementing supply chain systems and processes that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with government procurement and logistics regulations, particularly within the DOD and federal sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale supply chain projects, from strategy development to execution and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning software, and other relevant technologies.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leads and oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain solutions for commercial and federal/DOD clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Analyzes and improves supply chain processes using SCOR and industry best practices to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across the supply chain.
- Provides subject matter expertise in developing SCM strategies, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies and infrastructures.
- Utilizes strong analytical skills to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensures compliance with DOD regulations and federal procurement policies while optimizing commercial supply chain operations for maximum performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics to inform decisions and enhance operational results.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration across the supply chain.
- Mentors and guides junior supply chain professionals, fostering the development of SCM expertise within the team.
- Acts as a thought leader, staying up-to-date with the latest SCM trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus and ten to fifteen (10-15) years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in both commercial and federal/DOD supply chains.

SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, CMC, the Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply Chain will plan, build, and optimize clinical supply chain to ensure uninterrupted and timely clinical drug supply for Triveni’s clinical programs. The Supply Chain manager will oversee the packaging, labelling, and distribution activities, manage IRT systems as it pertains to drug product supply, and work collaboratively with clinical operations. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and optimize standardized processes and tools to support effective and efficient end to end planning of clinical trial materials. RESPONSIBILITIES · End to End clinical supply chain management with a focus on early-stage global clinical programs · Work with the CMC team to oversee packaging, labelling, and distribution activities · Participate in the creation and/or review of departmental SOPs and controlled documents to ensure compliance with cGMP and company SOPs. · Manage inventories, shipping, and third-party manufacturers/ logistics providers · Work with Regulatory Affairs, QA and Senior Management to ensure that all company policies are adhered to and all external manufacturing activities comply with relevant regulations · Maintain knowledge of current best practices of biological manufacturing. Identify emerging trends and technologies and lead implementation/feasibility assessment, as appropriate. · Generate global distribution plans, including depot inventory, site seeding, and re-supply strategy with appropriate lead-time, expiry dates, and replenishment quantities via IRT or manually · Author, review, and/or approve related clinical and technical documents, including clinical label text, clinical/master batch records, clinical trial protocols, IBs pharmacy manuals, INDs, IMPDs, etc. · Establish internal Supply Chain infrastructure to navigate and manage all planning, development and manufacturing related documentation and tools. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS · BS or MS in a relevant discipline · A minimum of 5+ years of experience in clinical supply chain management for biologics in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry · Experience supporting global clinical programs and understanding of operational requirements for international shipments strongly preferred · Experience working cross-functionally with CMC, regulatory, clinical operations, and clinical development · Experience managing contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) partnerships, CROs, and IRT vendors · Understanding of cGMPs and relevant global regulations · Familiarity with small start-up environments is strongly preferred. · Team player that is able to think creatively and integrate perspectives from different functional areas. · Strong leadership skills with demonstrated track record of success. · Excellent oral and written communication skills.
