Flint Logistics is currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for full-time employment.
Hiring Area: Fayetteville, AR 72701
Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a 48-hour reset, with some lanes offering weekly home time.
Compensation: CDL A Truck Drivers can expect to earn $1,300 to $,500 per week, with a minimum pay of 1,200 per week for the first 90 days to facilitate a smooth transition into the new role.
Equipment: Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (subject to availability). The trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight.
Route & Home Time: CDL A Truck Drivers will cover the lower 48 states, with the majority of loads being drop and hook to minimize downtime. Freight for this account is 100% no-touch.
Orientation: Transportation to orientation will be provided via flight or rental car. Meals are included, and drivers will receive 1,000 in orientation pay.

- You will be hauling general freight in a dry van trailer all throughout the United States. We primarily deliver East of I-35 but you will need to be willing and able to run all 48 states.

- You will average 2500 miles per week and top performers can get 3200 miles per week
- Pay will average around 1,500 to 1,600 per week with the possibility of higher pay for top performers
- You will be driving a new Kenworth or Freightliner with a sleeper cab
- You can park at any of our terminals or take the truck and trailer home with you
