Delaco Integrated Terminals, Woodhaven is a Diez Group Company family business engaged in the warehousing and local transport of aluminum coils for the automotive industry. The Warehouse is a 24/7 operation.
Position Summary
The primary emphasis of the Warehouse Worker position is the distribution of material and control of inventory, as well as making sure that all materials received, stored and shipped are correctly documented, stored safely and efficiently and moved out as needed in an efficient and professional manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•Scan or enter material information upon receipt or as it is shipped to ensure inventory and storage records are complete and accurate.
•Keep work area clean and neat, prepare or complete all end of shift protocols to ensure effective communication.
•Making sure all material matches up with paperwork and is tagged properly.
•Documenting all necessary information upon shipping/receiving of material.
•Transfer material onto customer owned pallets.
•Assist in placing coils on trailers and securing them down.
•Anything else deemed necessary by the shift coordinators.
Requirements
•Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and able to meet deadlines.
•Must be motivated to provide quality work, and have an ability and willingness to identify improvements and implement changes.
•Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds, standing/sitting or walking for more than eight (8) hours per day.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for detailed research and credit analysis of complex credit requests in Commercial Credit Underwriting C&I Regional Department. The incumbent is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of credit & risk analysis, credit rules, structuring of credits, regulations and documentation with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established Underwriting Guidelines and Credit Policy. At this level, the incumbent is expected to increasingly work with and assist the Commercial Loan Officers on customer calls and structuring deals. The incumbent will show leadership in training less experienced staff members and handle more complex and/or challenging assignments (e.g., larger deals or complicated requests with the highest level of relationship exposure under Executive Leadership and Credit Committee Approval Authority - Level 8 & 9). The incumbent will have a key role of consequence to the team outside of their credit related work. For instance, 3rd party vendor management responsibilities, reporting, and special projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare loan approvals, annual reviews and conduct and credit analysis for new requests, in addition to modifications and short-term extension of existing loans.

Pay Details:
$51,200 - $05,100 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.

Responsible for maintaining and identifying new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts. Make sales calls and presentations to develop and maintain a solid customer relationship to increase sales and category penetration.
Utilize consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, ROI, system tools (i.e., Phocas, GForce and Salesforce.com) and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and market growth opportunities.
Continuously manage assigned accounts and take corrective action, as needed, to maintain and improve the overall customer experience.
Regularly consult with assigned accounts as appropriate, including new products and services, company changes, holiday schedules, product pricing or information changes and new opportunities.
Immediately notify management if an existing account is in jeopardy of discontinuing service or issues remain unresolved regardless of attempts to correct situation.
Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure customers pay invoices within agreed upon terms.
Regularly interact and communicate with various internal departments to provide vital information that may be necessary for servicing the customer. This may include advance notification to Merchandising of changes, increased or decreased product movement, new business, changes in proprietary product or other related information.
Assist in the set-up of new accounts, including Customer Account Application (CAA), customer order guides, pricing, order schedules, files, etc. Coordinate with other departments as appropriate to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Accurately forecast sales results and trends for a specific territory, group of accounts, etc.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
Minimum Experience:
3 years sales experience with proven record of sales success and history of accomplishments.
Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales preferred.
Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities and up-selling preferred.
Experience with trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization preferred.
