The ASC Director will lead enterprise-wide ASC strategy development and execution, overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive procedural growth, cross-sector collaboration, and long-term value creation in the outpatient setting. This individual will serve as a senior leader within the US Marketing team, driving alignment across internal stakeholders (including Health Economics & Market Access, Professional Education, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales, and Franchise Marketing) and representing the ASC strategy with external customers, healthcare executives, and key opinion leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and Lead ASC Growth Strategy: Set and execute the national strategic direction for the ASC segment, balancing business acceleration in the outpatient space while safeguarding the hospital-based franchise.
+ Cross-Enterprise Collaboration: Lead and influence cross-functional and cross-sector partnerships within J&J MedTech to develop scalable programs, shared value models, and aligned messaging to ASC stakeholders.
+ Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Serve as a senior voice of the ASC customer-developing insights, strategic partnerships, and advocacy efforts with physicians, administrators, IDNs, and KOLs to shape market readiness and access.
+ Marketing Strategy and Execution: Oversee ASC-specific brand planning, go-to-market strategies, and integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with core franchise priorities and evolving site-of-care dynamics.
+ Team Leadership and Talent Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and vision to internal teams and partners executing on ASC strategy; establish performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.
+ Health Economics and Access Strategy: Collaborate closely with HEMA and external stakeholders to define and communicate the economic value proposition of ASC-based procedures.
+ Commercial Enablement: Guide the development of tools, training, and messaging to enable Field Sales and ASC-focused roles to drive adoption and success in outpatient environments.
+ Innovation Pipeline and Insight Generation: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and procedural shifts relevant to the ASC landscape and translate them into actionable business initiatives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing, strategic planning, or MedTech commercial leadership roles.
+ Proven success in leading enterprise-level strategies with demonstrated impact on growth and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Deep understanding of ASC dynamics, value-based healthcare, or medical technology markets is highly desirable.
+ Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

+ Willingness to travel up to 50-60%, including occasional weekends.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. An important aspect of patient’s unmet need includes helping them start and stay on their medicine for the best chance at treatment success. The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization serves patients, during their treatment journey with Janssen therapies, to help overcome challenges to fulfillment, on-boarding, and adherence.
The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for serving as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers (HCPs), and their office staff, with respect to patient access to J&J Immunology therapies. This role involves investing time (up to 50%) on-site with HCPs, assessing their education needs and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

Every patient’s healthcare experience is unique - shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. For many patients, the decision to start or stop treatment is overwhelming. J&J recognizes this, and wants to create an experience that is personalized, helpful, and hopeful.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.) for core and launch products.
· Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
· Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
· Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes.
· Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement
· Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned Immunology accounts.
· Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
· Maintain and grow knowledge of national, regional, local, and account market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
· Grow the knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice and patient support needs.
· Collaborate with internal J&J departments such as marketing, sales, medical science, SCG, IBG, HCC, and PECS. Serve as subject matter expert regarding education and insights on access and affordability solutions across multiple payer types and plans (i.e., Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, Commercial).
· Execute business in accordance with the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards, including timely and successful completion of all required training.
Market Access Expertise:
· Extensive knowledge of medication access channels (i.e., pharmacy and medical benefits including buy & bill and/or assignment of benefit (AOB) across multiple sites of care
· Remains current on and anticipates changes in product coverage and access knowledge, marketplace conditions, and stakeholder practices to deliver the most effective delivery of approved materials.
· Understands and adapts to the changing healthcare ecosystem to customize resourcing and messaging to HCPs and HCP staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration). An advanced business degree (MBA), or public health (MPH) is preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
· Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience working in the hospital and/or provider office setting, building strong customer relationships.
· Demonstrated expertise with both pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits (as applicable), coding, and billing.
· Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals processes)
· Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
· Problem-solving ability to navigate challenging access scenarios and identifies solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
· Experience in working with patient support HUB services.
· Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
· Ability to consistently maintain up to 50% travel.

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position is a 6-9 month training position for those with little to no electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful graduation from the program, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). As a CAS the candidate will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System, associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography. The expectation that is that this work leads to meeting and/or exceeding business goals.

What you will do
The Scientist Analytical Chemistry will be responsible for executing test method development, test method validation, test method transfer, technical investigations and troubleshooting, evaluation of technical transfer for manufacturing, stability, management of impurities and residual solvents. The Scientist, Analytical Chemistry will manage the workload to meet aggressive timelines and will serve as part of cross-functional project teams, which impact product specifications, change controls, and fit for commercialization to Kenvue Products:
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, optimize and validate Analytical Chromatographic methods by using HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR for the analysis of Cosmetic and Drug products.
- Author, review Analytical technical documents for product launches.
- Lead Analytical Test Method Transfers activities for the qualification of Internal and External Analytical laboratories.
- Support critical investigations and provide solutions to cross functional team.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other groups within Analytical, Product Development, R&D and Supply Chain.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required OR a Master's degree is preferred.
- A degree in Chemistry or closely related field is required.
- Applied experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, wet chemistry and compendial techniques is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to work in a team environment and to manage multiple deliverables with competing timelines is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience developing Analytical methods is strongly preferred.
- Experience with semisolids (emulsions, creams, lotions and/or gels), medical devices, or combination products is preferred.
- Experience working in a cGMP environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in writing Analytical documentation for NDA/ANDA submissions is preferred
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$81,175.00 - $114,600.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
