Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for end to end ownership of financial analysis for list price and contract price decisions for the Neuroscience and Pulmonary Hypertension US Innovative Medicine businesses
- In addition to Neuroscience and Pulmonary Hypertension portfolios, the position also provides portfolio wide leadership across US Innovative Medicine businesses, including list and net price analyses, acting as Strategic Pricing lead for long range financial planning, inflation and competitive LPA reporting, government legislation impacts, and other critical pricing strategy projects.
- Prepare and review management decks and effectively frame and communicate business insights to senior management to help inform and drive fact-based decisions including senior leaders of the NA IM business
- The position requires partnering with Commercial teams to influence portfolio pricing decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame pricing strategies for senior management.

- The Lead Analyst will support and shape our strategy in response to the dynamic pricing environment as it relates to competitive based contracting, value/outcomes-based contracting, price action sensitivity, and external price analyses.
- This will require effective modeling and framing of financial scenarios for Deal/No Deal decisions and Game Theory analysis of US Innovative Medicine strategy impact on competitors and customers.
- The Lead Analyst will provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups within the US Innovative Medicine organization.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of three (4) years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
- The ability to challenge business assumptions, think critically and develop alternative scenarios will be required.
- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical sector or Gross-To-Net/Pricing is preferred given the specialized nature of this role.
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, required.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
- The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000-$147,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. - Educate appropriate clinical staff re: technical aspects of Spravato administration, monitoring, and adverse event management and reporting using CAC approved materials. Ensuring that no clinical, patient-specific, or off-label discussions occur during field engagements.
- Be knowledgeable in local, regional and national payer policies; reimbursement regulations and processes (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, pre-authorization, billing, coding, claims, and appeals/grievances); REMs certification; Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations; and state-specific clinical staff licensing / certification requirements for product administration and monitoring.

Posting Summary
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, in conjunction with Rutgers Health, invited application for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Hamilton. The Department is responsible for the oversight and management of all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at RWJUH-Hamilton, a 287-bed facility located in Hamilton, New Jersey.
The successful candidate will be the leader of the pathology laboratory at RWJUH-Hamilton, responsible for oversight of all aspects of the laboratory operation. This individual will provide leadership for staff, will plan, organize and direct the activities of the Laboratory with the assistance of an administrative director, managers, supervisors and senior technologists and will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, closely collaborating with physicians and other health care providers.
The Director will have responsibility for providing clinical direction to the Hamilton laboratory, including laboratory oversight, test validation and maintenance of College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation of the laboratory; experience in a CAP accredited laboratory is desirable. As a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff and participating in tumor boards is expected. This is a general pathology service within a community hospital, although expertise in a relevant subspecialty and management exposure is desirable.

Minimum Education and Experience
